The assets is as marketed - nothing fancy towards the house but great location on the beach. No, the house is not full with the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of room for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not plenty of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or damage.
